Dr. Hamad Mejegheer

Dr. Hamad Mejegheer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in advisory, incubation, and export development roles at Qatar Development Bank since February 2016, serving as Executive Director of Advisory and Incubation and Executive Director of Export Development and Promotion Agency - Tasdeer, along with a managerial position in Marketing and Communications. Currently, Dr. Mejegheer also holds the position of Chairman at GS1 Qatar, which was established in January 2021 to provide GS1 Standard barcodes and advisory services to Qatari companies. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and Sport from August 2013 to July 2015 and as an Engineering Training Analyst at RasGas from September 2010 to July 2013. Dr. Mejegheer's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, complemented by multiple master's degrees in Applied Business Research and Strategic Business Management, alongside a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
