Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development and BPM expert with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading BPM practice solutions and customer discussions. Earlier roles included Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, where Sebastiraj managed various BPM and Telecom projects. A solid educational background includes a Master's in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
