Lean Roldan

Lean Roldan has extensive experience in technology management and project analysis, currently serving as Jefe de tecnología at COMPAÑÍA MEGA S.A. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Lean held several pivotal positions at YPF from May 2013 to August 2017, including Manager of Business Relations and Solutions Head in various departments focused on drilling, legacy applications, and points of sale. Lean's career began at Practia Global as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to academia as Coordinador General of Incubacén at the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, UBA, where the focus was on promoting technological entrepreneurship. Earlier experience includes working as an Investment Project Analyst at SePyME under the Ministry of Industry and Tourism. Lean holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by postgraduate studies in Strategic and Technological Management of Businesses from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and a Master's in Technological Management from EOI Business School.
