Louis Rustenhoven

Louis Rustenhoven has a strong background in executive-level roles within the technology industry. Louis currently serves as the CEO of Novature, a company focused on creating a global network of Microsoft Dynamics partners. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Companial, where they supported and provided services to Microsoft Dynamics partners. Before that, Louis held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The IT Channel Company, where they oversaw a group of companies involved in channel enablement and cloud solutions. Louis also had significant experience at KPN, where they served as the CCO for the Business Market and as the Managing Director and EVP for Infrastructure Services. Overall, Louis Rustenhoven has demonstrated expertise in business improvement strategies, investments, and innovation, as well as a strong focus on commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

Louis Rustenhoven completed their education at various institutions. Louis first attended Ichthus College Veenendaal from 1984 to 1990, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Groningen from 1990 to 1996. Louis then engaged in executive education at IMD from 2000 to 2014, focusing on Strategy and participating in the Advanced Leadership Programme. In 2015, they attended the London Business School for an Executive Education course on Leading Change.
