Ronald Hoek

Ronald Hoek has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ronald began their career as a professional football player for PEC Zwolle from 2002 to 2006.

Afterwards, they worked at B&C Raamdecoratie as a Sales Support representative for a brief period in 2008. Ronald then transitioned to Flex Uitzendwerk, where they served as an Intercedent from 2008 to 2010.

From 2010 to 2014, Ronald worked at Overhoff Telecommunicatie B.V. & Overhoff Dataservices B.V. as an Account Manager.

Ronald then joined LOKO as an Account Manager Business Solution from 2014 to 2020, where they provided ICT solutions and support to small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2017, they co-founded MKB365, a startup that aims to provide Microsoft (365) solutions to the SME sector. Ronald served as a Co-founder until 2020.

Currently, Ronald is employed as a Senior Cross Regional Engagement Manager - Hosting at Companial, where they play a crucial role in managing cross-regional engagement.

Throughout their career, Ronald has held various leadership positions such as Technical Service Lead, Partner Success Manager, Regional Team Lead, and Assistent Regio Coach at different companies.

Ronald Hoek's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2008, Ronald attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and obtained a Propedeuse degree in HBO - Small Business and Retail Management.

In 2016 to 2017, they attended Schouten & Nelissen and completed a course in Innoveren, specializing in Verandermanagement.

Between 2002 and 2006, Ronald studied at Landstede MBO, where they earned a Diploma in MBO niveau 4 - Sport & Bewegen.

In addition to their formal education, Ronald has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received a certification in Incompany groepstraining Zakelijk Engels from De Taaltrainer. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales - MB-210 from Microsoft. Ronald also gained a certification in Innoveren from Schouten & Nelissen in January 2017. Furthermore, Ronald has obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Power BI - technical training in November 2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales in February 2016, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - Pre Sales in February 2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales in January 2016, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - Sales in January 2016.

Additionally, Ronald has received certifications from KNVB, such as UEFA B in July 2006, UEFA C in July 2005, and Technisch Jeugd Coördinator in January 2005. Ronald has also obtained certifications from KPN, including KPN Certified Sales Expert module KPN Zakelijk Mobiel in June 2014 and KPN Certified Sales Expert Module KPN één in February 2014.
