Vita Zeniauske

Vita Zeniauske has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vita most recently worked as the Head of Project Management and Business Development at Companial starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2023, they held the position of Head of PMO at Luminor Lietuva. During their time at Luminor Lietuva, Vita successfully built a pan-Baltic team from scratch and implemented various changes, including portfolio and pipeline management, common reporting, and financial tracking.

Before their role at Luminor Lietuva, Vita worked as a Project Portfolio Manager at DNB from 2016 to 2017. Vita implemented a digitalized way of small change management at the bank, improving visibility and tracking of changes. From 2011 to 2016, Vita was a Project Manager at "Teo", where they oversaw various projects and supervised IT and telco engineers, Call Centre, and Partners sales channels.

Vita's work experience also includes roles as a Sales Manager at Lintel from 2010 to 2011 and at Lucija&CO from 2008 to 2008. At Lucija&CO, they were responsible for every step in the customer journey process in the air cleaning filters area, including sales and order management.

Throughout their career, Vita has gained expertise in both Waterfall and Agile ways of working and has successfully implemented digitalization and process improvements in their roles.

Vita Zeniauske received a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Vita further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Audit from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Vita also holds certifications in ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in November 2022, and in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2020.
