Caleb Willis Ed.s

Caleb Willis, Ed.S, currently serves as the Associate Principal at Eden Prairie Schools and also holds the position of Administrative Dean. In addition to administrative roles, Caleb is the owner of Circle of Ujima, LLC, and provides direct care as a staff member at Companion Housing Program Inc. Previous experience includes roles as a pre-licensed therapist at Canopy Mental Health & Consulting, licensed school counselor at Osseo Area Schools, and teaching specialist at the University of Minnesota. Additional background includes support positions in various educational settings, coaching a successful freshman basketball team, and technical experience as a stage technician at Pepperdine University. Caleb holds a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy with an emphasis in School Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
