Duane Wilkinson

Duane Wilkinson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. In 1988, they served as a Project Leader for ATEK Information Services, leading a $22 million project to develop a distributed, statewide Child Support Enforcement System for the State of Michigan. Duane also fulfilled roles as an Implementation Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, and Business Analyst during their time at ATEK.

From 1993 to 1996, Wilkinson worked as a Conversion Manager for Network Six, Inc, managing a multi-million dollar contract with the State of Hawaii to develop a statewide Child Support Enforcement System. Duane was responsible for the conversion budget and overseeing all aspects of the conversion software development.

In 1999, Wilkinson joined CGI-AMS, where they held various positions. As a Development Group Lead, they led the design, development, testing, and implementation of major portions of the Ohio statewide Child Support Enforcement System. Duane also served as the Change Control Manager for all software. Duane later became a Project Manager, managing a Business Process Reengineering project to implement a statewide child support enforcement system in Ohio's second-largest county while delivering five major deliverables on time.

Wilkinson then joined DGI-AMS in 1999 and served as a Project Manager, overseeing a Business Process Reengineering project to implement a statewide child support enforcement system in Ohio's second-largest county. Duane successfully completed the project with detailed deliverables, effectively transitioning to a new business organization.

From 2000 to 2006, Wilkinson continued their work at CGI-AMS, holding positions such as Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Team Lead. During this time, they managed various projects for clients such as the Texas Department of Human Services, the School District of Philadelphia, and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

In 2006, Wilkinson joined CGI as a Technical Consultant, providing technical and business support to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Duane assisted with implementing data warehouse and reporting requirements and conducted current process analysis. Duane later joined Hewlett-Packard in 2007, holding positions as a Conversion Subject Matter Expert and Conversion Manager, where they designed and implemented conversion processes for legacy systems and provided technical and project management leadership.

In 2014, Wilkinson returned to TM Floyd & Company, where they held roles as a Project Lead and Senior Project Leader. Duane managed multiple concurrent projects for Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, focusing on the Medicare line of business.

Throughout their career, Wilkinson has demonstrated strong project management, technical, and leadership skills in various organizations and industries.

Duane Wilkinson attended Lansing Community College from 1974 to 1976, where they pursued a general field of study. Duane did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2003, Duane obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
