Alexander Haja has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Alexander has held positions as a Coach in the Technical Customer Care at Freenet Customer Care GmbH (2005), an IT-Kundenbetreuer at the same company (2005), a 1 &1 Kundenrückgewinnung inbound & outbound at avocis GmbH (2010), a Vertriebsaussendienst at aktex Rohstoff-Recycling Nord GmbH (2012), an Innendienst – Zertifizierungsvorbereitung at the same company (2013), an Office Manager at Otto Niemann Feinmechanik GmbH (2014), and a Head of HR & Office Management and Office & HR Team Leader at Companisto (2017).

Alexander Haja completed a Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing from IHK Kiel in 2012, a Zertifizierter Projektmanagement Fachmann (GPM) Level D IPMA from DEKRA Akademie GmbH in 2012, and a Coachschulung und Prüfung from freenet Customer Care GmbH in 2008. Alexander also obtained an Agile Führung - Das Management 3.0 Training certification from Management 3.0 in April 2019.
