Eric J. Barash

Mr. Barash has over thirty-five years of proven leadership experience in building and guiding businesses with powerful offerings, including advisory and transaction services for growth as well as for structure. He is the head of strategy for Corporate Capital Direct. Eric sold a prior company, General Interlease Corporation (“GIC”), to First Sierra Financial, a commercial finance company, as the platform acquisition in a 23 company roll-up, achieving over $2B in annual sales. First Sierra was later acquired by American Express Business Finance. Mr. Barash has been responsible for the development and management of countless national and regional vendor programs offering manufacturers and distributors funding solutions for their customers. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from LIU Post and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
