Kim Cooke

Kim Cooke founded Blue Water Capital and was the original investor in and serves on the board of Skyway Communications, Inc. Cooke has over 14 years of commercial and legal experience in domestic and international transactions and private equity financings. Mr. Cooke has a true passion to help companies succeed. He has worked with credit, insurance and financial services companies to create solutions to help with the finance and investment challenges for companies. Mr. Cooke received his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law.
