Maria Mayorga

Maria Mayorga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent management. Currently serving as HR Senior Director of Employee Relations at Company 3 since September 2016, Maria has successfully partnered with leadership to drive talent initiatives, manage employee relations issues, and lead HR teams. Previously, Maria worked as HR Director at RAPP and Otis College of Art and Design, focusing on coaching, performance management, and recruitment. Maria began her career as an HR Generalist at Deloitte and an HR Specialist at Comerica Bank, accumulating a diverse skill set in organizational support, training facilitation, and employee onboarding. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
