Steph Leal is an experienced marketing professional in the post-production industry, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Company 3 since April 2020. In this role, Steph drives brand awareness through strategic planning and execution, leveraging a deep understanding of the industry to enhance the company's market presence and strengthen client relationships. Previously, as Director of Global Marketing at Company 3, Steph led strategic marketing campaigns across various brands, including CO3's Film + Episodic and Method Studios. Before joining Company 3, Steph worked at The Mill from September 2014 to March 2020, where duties included managing local marketing and public relations initiatives as PR & Marketing Manager. Steph's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Hofstra University and a High School Law Institute certificate from New York University School of Law.
