Johan Brand

Johan Brand possesses extensive experience in corporate governance, serving in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Johan Brand is a member of the Board's Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee at Nesma since May 2021, where also serves as Chairman of the same committee at Nesma United Industries. In addition, Johan Brand is a Managing Director of Johan Brand Leadership Advisory DWC-LLC, a position held since November 2016. Current board memberships include roles in Olayan Saudi Holding Company, Ma'aden, Cenomi Centers, Ghobash Group, and Savola Group, among others, demonstrating a strong focus on governance and remuneration issues.
