Athanasios Gkitos

Athanasios Gkitos is a clinical trial assistant at Pfizer since March 2024 and a tutor at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a molecular biologist at KARYO from June 2020 to February 2024, and completion of a bachelor thesis on B cell lymphomas at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) from January 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a project on microsatellite instability during an internship at KARYO in 2017. Athanasios holds a master's degree in Translational Research in Biomedicine from Democritus University of Thrace between 2020 and October 2022, and a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the same institution from 2014 to 2019, after graduating with a high school diploma from the 1st High School of Evosmos in 2014.
