Ruqaya al Suroor

Ruqaya Al Suroor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Head of Section at The Department of Municipalities and Transport since June 2014, Ruqaya has played a pivotal role in leading programs and initiatives within the organization. Prior to this position, Ruqaya was the Head of Events & Activities at the Chamber of Commerce in UAE, Abu Dhabi Office, from February 2005 to May 2014. Ruqaya holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from Zayed University, earned between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems from the Higher Colleges of Technology, completed from 2005 to 2007.
