Dudi Shindler

Dudi Shindler is the CEO and founder of Shindler Consults, where expertise in LEAN methodologies and management tools drives operational excellence and cost reduction for clients. As a Roadmap Consultant at the Advanced Manufacturing Institute, Dudi focuses on implementing Industry 4.0 tools to enhance manufacturing productivity. Additionally, Dudi serves as an expert consultant for the Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises, supporting organizations in continuous improvement efforts. Prior experience includes project management roles at HP, AVIV AMCG, and NICE Systems, where Dudi led significant cost reduction initiatives and operational improvements. Dudi holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
