Shmuel Fishbaum

Shmuel Fishbaum is an experienced organizational consultant and business development specialist based in Israel, currently working at the הסוכנות לעסקים קטנים ובינוניים since March 2021, focusing on enhancing businesses' efficiency and growth. With a diverse background that includes roles in training system development and project management since January 2004 at ETGAR, Shmuel also contributes to the Israeli Ministry of Justice through outdoor training initiatives from November 2022. Previous experience includes organizational consulting at avrech-fuel, where responsibilities involved business development and project management, and course lecturing at The Open University of Israel. Shmuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Diploma of Education as an Industrial & Management Practical Engineer from Ariel University.
