Fouad Chater, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Construction Administration Director at DEC Dynamic Engineering Consultants, overseeing the company's Construction Supervision and Contract Administration Portfolio. Prior to this, Fouad held various positions in the construction and engineering field, including as a Sr. Civil Resident Engineer at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, Fouad has a strong background in project management and structural engineering.
