Ben Woodall has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2009. From 2009-2010 they worked as a Laboratory Technician for Ashley Ridge Optical and a Web Developer for Ruston After Dark. In 2010 they became a Sr Technical Recruiter for Robert Half Technology and a Business Support Representative for Speakeasy. Ben also became an Instructor for the University of Washington, where they were part of the Advisory Board for curriculum development and taught the Advanced Ruby on Rails certificate program. From 2011-2013 they worked as an Application Support Engineer for thePlatform, and from 2013-2014 they were a Software Engineer for Deloitte Digital. From 2014-2019 they worked at PhishMe, Inc. as an Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, Lead Developer, and Senior Developer. In 2019 they joined CompanyCam as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer.

Ben Woodall attended Louisiana Tech University from 2003 to 2008, studying Computer Science. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Ruby Programming from the University of Washington, with a focus on Ruby and Rails Development. In 2015, they completed a degree in American Sign Language from South Seattle College. Ben also holds a Certificate from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master.
