Sawyer Ritz

Sawyer Ritz began their career in 2012 as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual, where they established a clientele by relationship building, cold calls, and client presentations. In 2015, they joined Constant Contact as a Sales Consultant, where they maintained high success rates for sales conversion figures of trial accounts to paid customers. Sawyer was then promoted to Sales Trainer and Performance Specialist, providing classroom training, call analysis and coaching plans for onboarding of newly hired sales staff. In 2018, Sawyer Ritz joined Newfold as a Sales Development Manager, supervising a team of sales trainers and coaches to increase development of sales floor. Sawyer was then promoted to Senior Sales Operations Manager and Director of Sales. Lastly, in 2022, Sawyer Ritz joined CompanyCam as a Senior Director - Sales & Business Development and Director of Sales. Additionally, they have served in the Arizona Air Natl Guard since 2009 as an Aircraft Fuel Systems Mechanic, managing aircraft maintenance as the Shift Lead during deployment and conducting daily inspections and monitoring maintenance activities.

Sawyer Ritz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014. In August of that same year, they also obtained an Aerospace Craftsman certification from the United States Air Force.
