Ralph Verrilli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and M&A within the engineering and manufacturing software sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Next Stage Advisors and Ascentage Advisors, LLC, Ralph specializes in helping technology-based companies scale and refine their acquisition strategies. As Managing Director at Madison Park Group, Ralph has a strong track record of advising both founder-owned and private equity-backed companies on M&A and fundraising transactions. Additionally, Ralph holds various board positions, including with Paperless Parts, 99Degrees, and Datanomix, and is a Venture Partner at Companyon Ventures. Earlier roles include Vice President at Siemens PLM and COO at VISTAGY.
