Mark Johnson has a long and varied work experience in Human Resources. Mark began their career in 1985 at HP, where they held various roles, including Senior HR Project Manager - HR Platform Deployment, Global Workforce Management Manager - Global Staffing Function, HR Business Integration Specialist - Personal Systems Group, HR Technology Manager - Global Relocations, HR Expatriate Administration / Immigration Mgr., and Human Resources Specialist. In 2012, they moved to Spring Education Group, where they served as Senior Business Systems Analyst, managing ADP WFN and Ceridian Dayforce HRMS systems, Jobvite recruiting / applicant tracking, Taleo recruiting software, and Payscale compensation software and analytics platforms. In 2021, they joined CompareNetworks, Inc. as a Consultant, Senior Wage & Salary Analyst.

Mark Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Administration and Communications (double major) from The University of Kansas.
