Andrew Reale

Andrew Reale's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management at Compas since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal / Chief of Technology Practice at Beespoke LLC starting in July 2020. Andrew was also a Consultant Zeus Performance at The Washington Post from August 2020 to September 2021.

From May 2018 to June 2020, Reale served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Operations at Tribune Publishing Company. Before that, they were the Vice President of Development and Technical Operations at New York Daily News from January 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing technical operations and implementing strategic technology plans.

Earlier in their career, Reale worked as the Vice President of Technology at Jumpstart Automotive Group from February 2013 to January 2015. Andrew also held positions at Thrillist, Hearst, MTV Networks, and Spiralfrog.com, where they served in various technical and leadership roles.

Andrew Reale attended Shaker Hts High School from 1989 to 1993. After completing high school, they went on to study at McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from 1993 to 1997.
