Steve Mattan

Steve Mattan has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Steve most recently worked at Compas as the Director of Product Development since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Product Development at Compas from November 2019 to April 2023. Before joining Compas, Steve held the position of Director of Business Analysis and Design at Sage from July 2013 to April 2019. Steve also served as the Director of Encore at PayChoice from July 2003 to April 2014, where they managed the development group for PayChoice's next-generation service bureau processing system. Steve began their career at ADP EasyPay in 1983 as a QA Manager, where they stayed until 1998.

Steve Mattan holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Drexel University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1978 to 1982. In addition to their formal education, Steve has also obtained a certification in "Learning Docker" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
