Mark Easton is currently the Operations Director at Compass Box Whisky, leading operations to enhance international logistics, purchasing, and stock management. With over 20 years of experience in the premium spirits industry, Mark has held various global and regional leadership roles in operational and strategic capacities, including positions at Flex, Oracle, Maxxium UK Ltd, and The Edrington Group. Mark managed transformative projects that significantly improved processes and performance, notably decreasing exceptions in product development and successfully launching new products. Mark earned a 2.1 MA hons in Management & Psychology from The University of Dundee.
