Carrie Wilks

Carrie Wilks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and human resources. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Solutions Provider at Compass Business Solutions, Inc. since April 2022, Carrie previously worked for Johnson Financial Group from March 2003 to April 2022 in various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Business Analyst in the Office of the CEO. Additional experience includes positions as an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst and Client Marketing Officer. Earlier in career, Carrie was a Senior Marketing Coordinator at HNTB and held the role of Marketing Coordinator at HGA. Starting in the field as a Desktop Publisher at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Carrie also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
