Terrie Sackett, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished leadership coach and HR consultant with extensive experience in fostering organizational development and employee relations. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at EZRA Coaching and as a Lead Consultant at Next Level Benefits LLC, Terrie specializes in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion. As President of T. Sackett Consulting, Terrie engages clients in transformative discussions to identify their strengths and achieve their goals. Additionally, as a Solution Provider for Compass Business Solutions, solutions are delivered to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. Terrie's previous roles include serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bayer and a Senior Vice President of HR at Fiserv, where significant contributions were made to organizational changes, global acquisitions, and leadership development.
