Thomas Paron

Thomas Paron has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. THOMAS started their career in 1991 at Compass Capital Management, where they served as the President. In 2006, they joined NFP as a Principal and worked there until 2015. In 2010, they became a Principal at Buttonball Ventures, engaging in early-stage angel investing and real estate. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director at Bluespring Wealth Partners, a role they started in 2015. Throughout their career, Thomas Paron has also been involved in board memberships and has a diverse portfolio of investments.

Thomas Paron has a diverse educational background. THOMAS first attended Great Lakes Maritime Academy from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Technology, specializing in U.S. Merchant Marine Officer (Retired). During the same period, they also pursued maritime management studies at Northwestern Michigan College. Later on, in 1985, they attended Ferris State University for a year and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Aside from their formal education, Thomas Paron has achieved additional certifications. In 1985, they obtained the USMMO - Engineering Officer Unlimited HP Steam & Diesel certification from the U.S. Coast Guard. More recently, in March 2022, they became an Individual Member of 1% for the Planet, an institution dedicated to environmental conservation.
