Barbara Schneider has extensive experience in human resources and early childhood ministries, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Director of Early Childhood Ministries at Compass Christian Church since October 1999. Prior to this, Barbara held the position of Regional Manager at ESIS from April 1994 to December 1999. Barbara completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at West Texas A&M University from 1979 to 1983.

Compass Christian Church
At Compass, our mission is Navigating People To God. Every week thousands of adults, students, and kids attend Compass to worship together. We are community focused with campuses in Colleyville, North Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, and Roanoke. Under the leadership of our Lead Pastor, Drew Sherman, each campus has a Campus Pastor who brings their own unique communication style while teaching through the same message series, big idea, and next steps at all campuses. We predominantly do live teaching, but you will experience a video message from time to time.
