Charlotte Munton

Charlotte Munton is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in both the fostering sector and media advertising. Currently serving as Director of Recruitment and Group Head of Recruitment at Compass Community since October 2013, Charlotte is responsible for cultivating a performance-driven culture and leading a recruitment team of over 100 members to meet the staffing needs of children services. Prior to this role, Charlotte held significant positions at emap as Head of Classified Sales and at News UK as Group Head of Sales, where leadership encompassed managing classified teams and exceeding sales targets. Charlotte holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from UCL Institute of Education and a BA in Social Science from Nottingham Trent University.
