Victoria "Tori" Bates has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and management. Since February 2016, Tori has served as the Director of Provider Recruitment and Retention at UMass Memorial Health - Harrington, previously holding the roles of Physician/Provider Relations Manager and Recruiter. Prior to this, Tori worked at Day Kimball Healthcare for nearly 34 years, where responsibilities included Corporate Recruiter for Physicians & Advanced Practice Medical Staff, Development Appeal & Events Manager, and Diagnostic Imaging Office Coordinator. Tori's educational background includes studies at CT State Quinebaug Valley.
