Judith Gordon

Judith Gordon, PhD, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Associate Program Director at Compass Connections since April 2025, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and overseeing caseload management. Prior to this role, Judith held various positions at Texans Can Academies from December 2021 to April 2025, including Principal and Assistant Principal. Judith's teaching career began as a High School Spanish Teacher at Bryan ISD and continued at Frisco ISD, where Judith also coached girls' soccer. Judith's leadership and coaching experience were further developed at Gary Job Corps Center as an Advisor and Head Boys Soccer Coach. Judith earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Policy from Walden University in 2023, a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas in 2018, and a Bachelor's of Exercise Science from Texas State University in 2017.
