Brandon Houghton

Brandon Houghton is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Compass Construction since June 2020, Brandon has previously held similar roles at KATERRA and The Rush Companies, contributing to project development and scheduling. Brandon also has expertise as an Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer at AvalonBay Communities, where responsibilities included processing submittals, executing contracts, and maintaining project schedules. Prior to this, Brandon managed departments at Lowe's Companies, Inc., overseeing teams and product operations. Brandon holds a degree from the University of Washington, earned between 2006 and 2010.
