Shayn Sanders

Shayn Sanders is an experienced Field Superintendent with a solid background in construction management and occupational safety. Currently employed at F.H. Paschen since May 2025, Shayn oversees day-to-day project activities, including job briefings and field operations. Prior experience includes roles as Superintendent at Plote Construction Inc. (July 2020 - May 2025) and Field Superintendent at Ragnar Benson Construction, LLC (October 2016 - July 2020). As a Health and Safety Coordinator at William Charles Construction (July 2014 - September 2016), responsibilities encompassed safety incident management and site-specific safety plan development. Shayn's early career also includes a Central Region Safety Intern role at Fairmount Santrol and the Illinois Branch Manager position at College Works Painting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Illinois State University, alongside an Associate's degree in General Studies from Kishwaukee College.
