Deborah Shute

Deborah Shute has extensive experience in customer success, operations, and project management across various technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Director of ERP Systems Integration and Director of Customer Success & Experience at Compass Datacenters since May 2021, Deborah has previously held senior roles at Digital Realty and 2PointOnline, where process improvement and customer operations were key focuses. Prior to that, Deborah managed planning and optimization at Zayo Group and held various positions at Level 3 Communications and Looking Glass Networks, driving inventory quality and service delivery initiatives. Deborah's educational background includes a BA in Organizational Communications from North Central College and additional studies at Villanova University.
