Deborah Shute

Deborah Shute is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, operations, and ERP systems integration. Currently serving as Director of ERP Systems Integration at Compass Datacenters since May 2021, Deborah has previously held significant roles at Digital Realty as Sr. Manager of Customer Success Operations and at Zayo Group as ISP Planning & Optimization Manager. Deborah's career also includes management positions at companies such as Zayo Bandwidth, Masergy Communications, and Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities ranged from provisioning and project management to process development and customer account management. Deborah holds a BA in Organizational Communications from North Central College and has undergone additional educational training at Villanova University.
