Morgan Ball has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets until 2005. Morgan then joined Canaccord Genuity Inc. as an Associate Investment Banking from 2005 to 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Associate at Andre Balazs Hotels. From 2011 to 2013, they worked in Real Estate Development at Faena Group. Morgan joined The Agency New Development Group in 2014 as a Director, where they provided advisory services in research, design development, marketing, and sales strategy. Morgan'srole there lasted until 2016. In 2016, they became the Managing Director at Compass Development Marketing Group, where they represented developers in the sale of luxury multifamily real estate assets and provided strategic advice throughout the building planning process.
Morgan Ball holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, Morgan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and History from Western University, from 2000 to 2004.
