Kaylin Shutte

Kaylin Shutte is a Creative Content Manager and Digital Learning Specialist at Compass Digital, with experience spanning over a decade in education and instructional design. Previously, Kaylin served as a Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where responsibilities included designing and delivering engaging learning experiences and collaborating on school-wide performance improvements. Kaylin also has experience as a Co-Instructor at Purdue University and an Instructional Design Intern with Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte, where data analysis and course design were key focus areas. Earlier roles included teaching positions at Charter Schools USA and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Kaylin holds a Master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Miami.
