Hailey Peservich

Hailey Peservich currently serves as a Case Manager and Community Victim Advocate at Compass Family and Community Services, with responsibilities at Swanston Commons, Youngstown State University, and Eastern Gateway Community College, as well as being part of the on-call rape crisis team for hospitals in Mahoning County since July 2022. Previously, Hailey worked as a Victim Advocate for Inner Circle Pizza-Canfield from August 2016 to October 2023 and completed a student internship at Northeast Ohio Adoption Services in late 2019. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University, having attended from 2018 to 2022, following graduation from Canfield High School in 2018.
