Amanda Ng is an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019 in various roles. Amanda currently serves as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, managing over 100 Cast Members at both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, while fostering a strong teamwork culture. Previous experience includes supporting operation integrations as an Operations Integration Intern and coordinating logistics for large-scale events as a Competition Coordinator. Amanda began their journey with Disney through the Disney College Program from February 2017 to August 2018. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
