Michelle Davidson

Michelle Davidson is currently the Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives at Compass Government Solutions, where Michelle guides the identification of new business opportunities, develops capture strategies, oversees strategic initiatives, manages proposal teams, and develops marketing strategies. Prior to this, Michelle held roles such as Director of Business Development and Program Manager at FSR, Recruiter at FSR, Director of Professional and IT Services and Senior Project Manager at QuarterLine, and Account Manager at Ganz, TIVA HealthCare, Inc., JC Nationwide, and The Judge Group. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University.
