Tracy Balazs

Tracy Balazs is the current Chief Executive Officer at Compass Government Solutions, a WOSB focused on federal contracting in healthcare, military readiness, and social and behavioral services. Prior to this role, Tracy served as the CEO of FSR, a leading provider of government and private sector healthcare solutions. Tracy also worked as the Project Director at US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce on the SBA Tier 1 Grant project. Tracy received executive education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and other institutions.
