Dimitri Poppe has extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Operations Business Partner at Compass Group BELGIUM since October 2006. Throughout this tenure, Dimitri has held various roles including Health & Safety Supervisor, Unit Manager, and Chef-Gerant. Prior to joining Compass Group, Dimitri worked as a Chef-Kok at Restaurant Mucha from November 2001 to September 2006. Dimitri's educational background includes a degree as Chef-Kok/Maître from Hotel- en Toerismeschool Spermalie (1994-2001), a Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 certification from Axa, and a VCA Vol qualification from Vincotte Academy.
