Denis Salle

Denis Salle has over three decades of experience in the food and hospitality industry, starting as a Chef de Partie & Sous Chef at Le Compostelle Restaurant in the 1980s. Denis later held various managerial roles at different establishments before joining Compass Group Canada in 2003. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations, Denis has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills throughout their career.
