Tanya Martin

Tanya Martin is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as President of Compass Group Canada since January 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President Operations at Dynacare from August 2020 to January 2025 and Vice President Operations at Canadian Orthodontic Partners from September 2019 to July 2020. Tanya's extensive background in laboratory operations includes roles as Vice President of Laboratory Operations at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, and various positions at Hamilton Health Sciences, including Laboratory Manager and Quality Specialist. Early career experience includes roles at London Health Sciences Centre and Detroit Medical Center as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
