Shan Naranderan has extensive experience in facility and service management, currently serving as Department Manager at 4Service since September 2021, while also holding the role of Service Department Facility Manager at Compass Group Norge since January 2007. Prior to this, Shan worked in section management at Compass Group - Eurest from January 2007 to September 2021. Shan holds a degree in Hotel Management from Oslo, completed between 1988 and 1992.
