Donna Lee has extensive experience in operations and management within the catering and facilities sectors. Starting as a Trainee Manager and advancing to Account Operations Manager at Sodexo from January 2003 to August 2005, Donna transitioned to various roles within Sodexo, including Catering Manager and Group Manager. After a stint as Facilities Manager at Servest UK and holding multiple leadership positions at Eurest UK from October 2016 to January 2018, Donna assumed the role of Head of Food at 14forty until July 2020. Currently, Donna serves as Partnership Director B and I at Compass Group UK & Ireland, beginning in July 2024.
