Jess Payne

Jess Payne serves as the Director of Social Value at Compass Group UK & Ireland, focusing on critical social and environmental challenges. In addition, Jess holds a position as Director and Member of the Board of Trustees for Arts and Minds, a charity dedicated to using the arts for mental health support in Cambridgeshire.
