Rhian Hawkings

Rhian Hawkings has an extensive background in marketing and has held various leadership roles. Rhian is currently the Head of Marketing - Chartwells at Compass Group UK & Ireland since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Marketing at Agility Group from January 2022 to December 2022. Rhian also served as the Digital Marketing Manager UK/IRE at Dawn Foods Global from November 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, they held positions such as Marketing Controller at Creed Foodservice Ltd from September 2017 to July 2019, and Trade Marketing Manager UK/IRE at Dawn Foods Global from August 2012 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as Proposition Development at npower from June 2011 to August 2012, Brand Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from January 2009 to June 2011, and Product Manager, Marketing Executive, and Publishing Graduate at Auto Trader from September 2004 to December 2008.

Rhian Hawkings attended the University of Worcester from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Management.
