Nicolas le Bouteiller

Nicolas Le Bouteiller is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Assistant F&B Manager for Compass Group since April 2025, overseeing dining operations for IMD. Prior roles include responsible for banquet and seminar operations at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne from November 2022 to April 2025, and Assistant F&B at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne from March 2018 to October 2022.
